Far from the chaotic streets of central London, Hackney Wick is the perfect place to enjoy the East End vibe and relax. A must have is the Artisanal beer and the crunchy pizza from Crate Brewery, just by Regents Canal. Great DJ set as well. This is one of my favourite breweries ever!

As you all know, I love street art and Hackney Wick is one the places that contributed to enhancing my interest and curiosity of it. Wherever you walk in the area, there are loads of amazing works of art. The walls are alive and talent is everywhere, I’m so thankful for that!

Number 90 Bar & Kitchen is as also an amazing bar and restaurant by the canal. I highly recommend. Firstly, for the incredible murals decorating the building inside and outside, and the outdoor wooden terrace. Check out their events program too that celebrates local and international music, art, comedy, film and theatre.

No matter how far from the city centre you are, as long as there is art and good ideas, there’s where the heart of the city pulses!
